Top 5 ThinkVisual Picks for May

May 30, 2019

From the collection of visual communication campaigns that we have come across, we want to share this month’s TOP 5 picks with you to entertain, inspire and enlighten.

#1 – Danny Daycare – Danny Macaskill

This little video by professional trail biker Danny Macaskill takes babysitting and bike trails to new heights. Please do not try this at home!

#2 - Olukai & The Hawaiian Lifeguard Association

This video is the perfect balance of mini doc and content marketing, beautiful imagery, and of course promotion of two incredible brands. OluKai developed “The Hawaiian Lifeguard Collection” to be part of their uniform, rugged footwear for rugged terrain, all while telling the heroic story of Hawaiian lifeguards patrolling the rocky cliffs and rip tide ravaged shores of the islands.

#3 – The Restaurant with No Food – Hellman’s

This marketing strategy is pure genius! Not only does it enlighten us to the ever growing problem that us Canadians waste enough food every minute to feed a football stadium, but it also inspires us to get a little creative in the kitchen.

#4 – McHive – McDonalds

McDonad’s latest store opening has everyone buzzing! It's official name is the McHive, and it's located in Sweden. The McHive is a fully-functional beehive for thousands of bees, which was created to pay homage and draw attention to the several McDonald’s restaurants in Sweden that have put beehives on their roofs and wildflowers in their green spaces in an effort to save the bees.

#5 – 4 Levels of Omelets – Epicurious

Epicurious promotes their “food resources” website buy creating content marketing videos just like this one. They take an amateur, a home cook and a professional chef – to make their versions of an omelet. And then they brought in a food scientist to review their work. Which omelet was the best?

Never miss a post.
