Top 5 Think Visual Picks for January

January 25, 2018

From the collection of visual communication campaigns that we have come across, we want to share this month’s TOP 5 picks with you to entertain, inspire and enlighten.
#1 Pregnancy Test - IKEA
IKEA is no stranger to viral videos, but this one in particular, received a lot of attention.  The magazine ad, encourages the reader to pee on it. If she does so, and is pregnant, the ad reveals previously invisible text offering a discounted price on a crib—using similar technology that pregnancy tests use to show a positive result.

We thought this ad was so clever, we decided to a little parody ourselves…
#2 DTF - OkCupid
OkCupid redefines “DTF” (Down to F*uk) into more wholesome scenarios in their latest print ads. We commend them on grabbing people’s attention and refocusing people back to relationships with more depth and substance to get away from the “swipe right” for a hook up stigma associated with the online dating world.

#3 Invention of Together - Tinder
This ad has intricately designed handmade sets with computer generated characters to show how in the caveman days and throughout history you didn’t always get to decide you wanted to date – until now. Tinder empowers you to decide who you want to date by simply swiping left or right.

#4 Believe in the Future of Driving - Audi
Since grown ups find it easy to be cynical, Audi utilized people with the biggest imaginations around – children. Demonstrating that there is no need to fear the car of future, in fact, it’s something to get very excited about.

#5 Mixed Reality - ZapBox
ZapBox is the first affordable, Mixed Reality kit that allows developers and businesses to re-imagine how they design, build and create 3D experiences.

Never miss a post.
